The environmental department of the VIT has supported the Fridolfing holiday program with the topic "freshwater biology". The Wasserwacht organized at Fridolfinger See a variety of attractions such as a self-built waterslide on a slide on the meadow in the lake, swimming, boating and much more.

Uwe Scherner brought along a stream sample from which the children were able to catch small crabs, insect larvae, worms and much more with the help of pipettes. The catch was then observed under the binoculars. The photos show the keen interest and enthusiasm of the young researchers.
